Cibel ha iniziato il suo percorso musicale a 16 anni con El Sistema, esibendosi sotto la direzione di maestri di fama come Christian Vásquez. Si è laureata all’Universidad de Los Andes (2019), dove ha insegnato ai bambini, suonato in orchestre e ricoperto il ruolo di prima viola nell’Orchestra Sinfonica di Mérida!
Colombia (2019-2021):
Ha insegnato musica ai bambini a Bogotá e ha suonato con la Filarmonica di Bogotá (FOSBO) e l’Orchestra de Cámara de Colombia, distinguendosi al Festival Musicale di Cartagena del 2020.

David si è innamorato del violino all’età di 12 anni a Zipaquirá, in Colombia. Ha conseguito la laurea in Violino presso l’Università Nazionale della Colombia e successivamente due master: uno in Musica da Camera (Kent State) e un altro in Violino (Cleveland State), studiando con musicisti di spicco della Cleveland Orchestra!.

Cibel began her musical journey at 16 in El Sistema, performing under renowned conductors like Christian Vásquez. She earned her degree at Universidad de Los Andes (2019), where she taught kids, played in orchestras, and even led as principal viola in Mérida’s Symphony!
🇨🇴 Colombia (2019-2021):
She taught music to children in Bogotá and played with the Bogotá Philharmonic (FOSBO) and Orquesta de Cámara de Colombia, shining at the Cartagena Music Festival 2020.
🇺🇸 USA (2021-2023):
With scholarships at Kent State (studying with Cleveland Orchestra violists) and Cleveland State, she honed her craft under world-class mentors like William Bender.
From Venezuela to the world, Cibel’s story is one of talent, teaching, and tireless passion for music! 🌍🎶
What inspires you most about her journey? 😊
David fell in love with the violin at 12 in Zipaquirá, Colombia. From America to Europe:🇪🇸 Spain Catalunya OSCN symphonic tour. 🇧🇷 Brazil Brazil’s Winter Festival Campos do Jordao, FEMUSC. 🇪🇨 Ecuador Ecuador’s Emeralda Festival, 🇨🇱 Chile Chile Portillo Festival, 🇨🇴 Colombia Cartagena Music Festival and even the 🇺🇸 USA U.S.’s Kent Blossom Festival, David has played worldwide! He’s also performed with Colombia’s Bogotá Youth Chamber Orchestra for three years.
🌍 Next Stop? 🇮🇹 Italy Italy! He’s now diving into Baroque violin in Verona and polishing his skills in a Modern Violin Advanced Diploma in Pinerolo.
